The GSS accounts receivable system is a general purpose open item receivables system that keeps track of money owed by customers. Invoices can be keyed directly into this system or they can be transferred to this system from other applications. GSS provides invoice transfers for broker bill-backs invoices generated from the GSS direct buy and bill-back requirements systems. The cash application allows partial payments on invoices, payments made to specific invoices, and optionally balance forward cash application to outstanding invoices.

• a history of all transactions processed through the system

The on-line cash receipts entry program allows for invoice lookups by customer.
